Step 1: Discover

In the majority of cases, poor positioning arises out of a lack of understanding. Those responsible have failed to question and seek to fathom the situation that their prospective buyers find themselves in, the challenges they face, their goals, aspirations, fears and motivations.

The Discovery phase provides the frameworks, “clean” survey templates and tactics necessary, to capture a deeper understanding, and vivid picture of the buyer, so that any message lands with a WALLOP, and elicits that essential feeling of “This is for me”!

The Differentiation phase spans 1 working day. It's the most important day of the year, and we're calling it... D Day.

We'll start the morning with a kick off call for you and your team.
